What to expect after your treatment
Skin may feel calm, hydrated, and comfortable immediately after treatment
Some clients experience mild sensitivity or light breakouts as congestion and impurities surface — this is temporary and part of the skin’s rebalancing process
The first 24 hours
Please Avoid:
Touching or rubbing the face
Makeup or fragranced skincare products
Strong sunlight or UV exposure
Heat-based treatments (sauna, steam room, hot yoga, sunbeds)
Smoking and alcohol, which can impair skin healing
First 48 hours
Please avoid:
Exfoliating products or tools
Active or anti-ageing skincare, including retinol, retinoids, steroid creams, AHAs, and BHAs
Focus on gentle cleansing, barrier-supporting moisturisers, and daily SPF.
Supporting your skin from within
Drink plenty of water to support hydration and help the skin rebalance
Maintain a simple, nourishing skincare routine while the barrier recovers
