What to expect at your appointment

    • Extended or refreshed consultation

    • Double cleanse routine

    • Skin analysis

    • Steam & enzyme exfoliation

    • Manual Extractions (if needed)

    • Targeted treatment mask

    • Hydrating serums applied

    • Moisturiser and SPF

    • Aftercare discussion and guide

    • Personalised treatment plan (within 48 hours after treatment)

    • Mild redness or sensitivity may occur for up to 24 hours

    • Avoid heat, sweating and makeup for the rest of the day

  • To help you get the most from your treatment, a little preparation beforehand is helpful.

    Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin if possible.
    This simply makes the start of your treatment quicker. If you do arrive wearing makeup, don’t worry – it will be removed as part of the cleansing routine.

    Wear comfortable clothing with a simple top underneath.
    A vest or singlet-style top works best. This allows you to remove outer layers such as jumpers while keeping you comfortable, and helps ensure skincare products do not come into contact with your clothing during the treatment.

    Avoid active skincare products beforehand.
    If possible, avoid strong exfoliants, retinoids, or resurfacing products for 24–48 hours before your facial to minimise sensitivity.

    Please let me know about any recent skin treatments.
    If you have recently had peels, microneedling, laser, or started new skincare products, please sure to mention this in your pre-treatment consultation so your treatment can be tailored safely. If you are unsure, please let me know so I can guide you.
